Welcome to CleeRio. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using CleeRio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use CleeRio. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information

• Keep your login credentials secure

• Be responsible for all activities under your account

CleeRio is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized access to your account.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use CleeRio only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Use our tools to harm or harass others

• Post or transmit illegal, offensive, or infringing content

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of our platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations.

4. Subscription & Payments

Certain features may be offered on a paid subscription basis. When you purchase a plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method

• Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

• We may change pricing with notice to you

If payment fails, your access to paid features may be limited or suspended.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and features on the Platform are the property of CleeRio or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal or business use, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use our name, logo, or content without written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

CleeRio may integrate or connect with third-party services (e.g., social media APIs, analytics tools). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms or actions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time. Termination does not release you from payment obligations or any legal liabilities incurred before termination.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CleeRio is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CleeRio shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

• Errors, delays, or interruptions in service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CleeRio, its team, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Platform

• Your content or data

• Your violation of these Terms or any law

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
